Most water damage we see started its life as a blocked spout the owner didn't notice.
We came into roofing because plumbing called us into too many ceilings to find a stain that wasn't a pipe — it was a missing flashing or a downpipe that had backed up since autumn. Now we run it as its own service: spouting, gutters, downpipes, repair work and re-roofs.

Spouting and gutters
Replacement spouting in Coloursteel and similar profiles, with gutter brackets and downpipes sized to the roof area. Old asbestos guttering removed and disposed of properly.
Roof repairs
Lifted ridge caps, cracked flashings around chimneys and skylights, and the usual screw-back-on-the-rib jobs after a Waikato southerly. Honest reports if a roof is past repair and needs replacing.
